Example use
Dissolve the internal standard in 6 mL dilution buffer and transfer this solution into 44 mL dilution buffer.
Add 450 µL of the dilution buffer containing the dissolved internal standard to 50 µL of sample.
→ In this example, approximately 100–110 determinations can be performed per vial.
