Intended use
The Diagnotix Immunosuppressants in whole blood LC-MS kit is developed to determine the concentration of Tacrolimus, Everolimus, Ciclosporine or Serolimus in patients whole blood as a basis for further diagnostics.

- Optimized for Speed: While separating Everolimus, Tacrolimus, and Sirolimus is technically achievable, we prioritize efficiency by reducing overall run times. Using a shorter 50mm column can further enhance speed.
- Balanced Precision: Our method strikes the perfect balance—accurately measuring high Ciclosporine concentrations while maintaining the sensitivity needed for low levels of Tacrolimus, Everolimus, and Sirolimus.
- Simplified Workflow: Cleanup via (online) SPE is no longer required, thanks to an innovative deproteinization step using Zinc Sulfate.
- Human Whole Blood Calibrators: We use real human whole blood for our calibrators and controls, ensuring reliable, clinically relevant results.
- All-In-One Analysis: Compounds are measured together, streamlining your processes.
